How SFO Chauffeur Pickup Works
For domestic arrivals at Terminals 1, 2, and 3, collect your luggage and call with the terminal and door number when you are ready. Your chauffeur will coordinate the permitted curbside pickup location and typically needs approximately 5–8 minutes to approach after receiving your call.
For international arrivals, passengers can proceed from customs toward the limousine stand on the center island. Call when you reach the assigned meeting area so the chauffeur can approach; airport curb regulations limit how long commercial vehicles may remain at the pickup point.

Waiting Time, Airport Fee, and Meet-and-Greet
SFO arrival reservations include 60 minutes of waiting time. After the included period, additional waiting is charged according to the vehicle’s confirmed hourly rate. An $8 airport fee applies to each airport pickup or drop-off.
Inside meet-and-greet can be arranged for $45 when requested. The chauffeur parks, enters the terminal, and meets the traveler at the confirmed location; applicable parking is handled according to the reservation quote.
