Important: Cars are cleaned and sanitized with anti bacterial/virus spray and wipes, on all inside surfaces and door handles, prior to and after each pickup. The cars are cleaned throughout the day, for the safety of all drivers and passengers.
Masks are optional for all the Passengers and drivers.
All the BLACK CHAUFFEUR LIMO SERVICE chauffeurs/ drivers and sub contractor drivers are fully vaccinated and boosted for Covid 19.

Airport Information
Our chauffeur/ driver will monitor your incoming flight and will be at the airport when you land. Please turn your cellphone on after landing. You may receive texts and calls from your chauffeur.
We also use WhatsApp for international phone numbers.

Car Seats
If your riding with a baby you must place the baby on well tightened car seat. If you don't have the car seat then make sure to call us ahead of time so that Black Chauffeur Limo Service could provide you with car seat. Make sure you and your family safety is our main concern.

Curbside Meetings
If your are meeting your driver at the curbside, gather your items and call Black Chauffeur Limo Service at (408) 461-8899. then proceed to the curbside. Your driver will be there from 5 to 10 minutes depending on which terminal you are at.
If your flight is a curbside meeting for an International Flight at SFO, then after contact with BLACK CHAUFFEUR LIMO SERVICE proceed outside to the Limo Stand, (Cross street at door 2, located to the left of the cab stands) Yellow solid lane

Meeting Inside
Domestic arrival inside meet: The driver will hold a sign with your last name, and meet you at the baggage claim area.
International Arrival inside meet: The driver will hold a sign and be standing inside, right when you come out from customs. (he will not be outside) For SFO inside meets, $45.00 is added to cover the additional parking and access fees that the airport charges limousines.

Cancellation Policy
Your account will be charged in full, if your airport departure is cancelled less than 3 hours before pickup time, or if your arrival is canceled less than 4 hours prior to an arrival time. Last minute changes do happen, and we will always try our best to accommodate. Customers are responsible for calling,(do not email) Black Chauffeur Limo Service if they cannot locate their chauffeur.
Note:
Drivers are not permitted to wait at any curbside at airports without the passenger in sight.
Early fees are added if your flight is delayed and lands past midnight, or your pickup time is at:
- 12:00am to 12:59am $30.00
- 1:00am to 4:59am $40.00
- 05:00am to 5:59am $25.00
- (Early fees go to the chauffeur)
