Wine country airport route
SFO Airport Transfers to Wine Country
We coordinate private transportation from SFO to Napa, Sonoma, St. Helena, Yountville, Healdsburg, and other confirmed wine-country destinations. Each reservation is based on the flight, destination, pickup preference, passenger count, luggage, and requested stops.
Flight monitoring, included arrival waiting time, curbside coordination, and optional meet-and-greet provide a defined airport pickup process before the longer drive north.
Airport expertise
Airport Transfer, Hourly Tour, or Multi-Day Itinerary
An airport transfer is appropriate for direct transportation to a hotel, residence, resort, or event. Hourly chauffeur service is generally more suitable for winery appointments, dining, multiple properties, or an itinerary where the vehicle must remain available.
Provide confirmed tasting reservations and every planned stop. We do not imply winery availability, and transportation reservations do not replace appointments required by individual wineries.
Fleet planning
Vehicles and Confirmed Quotes
Private travelers may select a Lincoln Aviator or Chevrolet Suburban, while Mercedes-Benz Sprinter configurations serve groups of 6 passengers, 7–10 passengers, or 11–14 passengers. Luggage and purchases should be considered when selecting the vehicle.
Final pricing depends on destination, service type, vehicle, duration, waiting, additional stops, and date-specific conditions. Request a complete quote for the actual itinerary.
Local connections
Choose the Exact Napa or Sonoma Destination
Napa Valley and Sonoma County cover different destinations. A hotel in downtown Napa, a resort near Yountville, an appointment in St. Helena, a Sonoma stay, and a Healdsburg itinerary each require the actual address and arrival plan.
For several appointments, supply the stop sequence and confirmed times before requesting transportation. Allow room for airport processing and road conditions rather than scheduling the first tasting around a guaranteed airport-to-winery travel time.
- Hotel, residence, resort, or winery address for every stop.
- Confirmed tasting or dining appointments and the requested stop order.
- Passenger contacts, luggage, purchases, and the final return destination.
Pricing guidance
Keep Airport Transfers and Winery Itineraries Separate
A direct SFO transfer ends at the confirmed drop-off. If you want the chauffeur to remain available for tastings, dining, or multiple properties, request hourly or multi-stop service and confirm its duration and applicable terms.
Winery appointments remain yours to arrange. Share the confirmed reservations so transportation can be reviewed against those times; neither a transfer quote nor a chauffeur reservation guarantees winery admission.
Return planning
Plan the Return to SFO
Give the reservation team your departure flight, travel date, exact pickup address, and complete luggage details. The return plan must allow for the road trip, airline check-in, and airport security.
Report any additional stops or schedule changes before travel so availability, timing, and the written quote can be reconfirmed.
Helpful answers
SFO to Napa and Sonoma Questions
Is an SFO airport transfer the same as a wine tour?
No. A point-to-point airport transfer takes you to the confirmed destination. Winery visits, dining stops, or a vehicle that remains available require a separately confirmed hourly or multi-stop itinerary.
Should I book Napa Valley and Sonoma County as one destination?
Provide the exact destination for each stop. Napa, Yountville, St. Helena, Sonoma, and Healdsburg are separate places; appointment times, luggage, and the sequence of addresses affect the transportation plan.
Does chauffeur transportation include winery reservations?
No. Arrange tasting appointments directly with the wineries and share the confirmed times with our reservation team. Transportation availability does not confirm winery admission or tasting availability.
